WHAT IS INSPIRATION AND HOW TO COMPREHEND IT

What creative people said about what inspiration is.

"Inspiration is a guest who does not like to visit the lazy" (P. I. Tchaikovsky) Inspiration is like a spice, you need very little of it, but it can change everything." (Pablo Picasso)

Inspiration is a "fire" that makes any work hot and "alive." Inspiration is like love. Everyone participates in this voluntarily!" (Yana Frank)

"Inspiration is the ability to get yourself in a working state. To look for inspiration has always seemed to me a ridiculous and ridiculous quirk: you can't find inspiration; it must find the poet on its own." (A.S. Pushkin)

"I am convinced that there are universal streams of Divine thought vibrating the ether everywhere, and that anyone who can feel these vibrations is inspired." (Richard Wagner)

"Inspiration is a quick calculation." (Napoleon Bonaparte)

"A mosquito biting into your thigh in the early morning can serve as a lightning bolt that illuminates There are still unexplored horizons in your skull." (Salvador Dali)

The notorious Coco Chanel was inspired by her lovers. To create a new collection, she had to carefully study the wardrobe of her chosen ones.

To Beethoven, in order to comprehend inspiration, it was enough not to shave and periodically pour ice water over his head.

Honore de Balzac drew inspiration from the process of drinking coffee.

The philosopher Schiller was visited only at those moments when there were rotten apples on the author's table.

Victor Hugo felt inspired only in a state of complete nakedness.

Charles Dickens firmly believed that inspiration would visit him only after the author fell asleep with his head towards the north. Dickens' creative powers appeared at the moment when he looked at the bodies of the dead.

Igor Stravitsky wrote his works after serious physical exertion, often standing on his head. Aristotle met his muse while hiking.

Salvador Dali used the technique of self-hypnosis: he sat in an armchair, clutching the key tightly in one hand. Closing his eyes, he imagined letting go of all the thoughts that were bothering him and falling asleep. When the artist fell asleep, his hand relaxed and the key

fell out. The sound of it hitting the floor woke Dali up. The artist woke up full of energy and new ideas. The English poet Edith Louise Sitwell lay in a coffin for several hours every day before starting to write, in order to put her thoughts in order and catch a state of flow.

Inspiration is a special state of the human soul, a spontaneous outburst of inner possibilities, which is a prerequisite for creative processes.

Human consciousness, through images, sounds, sensations, gives rise to new ideas and ideas that, of course, you want to realize and certainly bring to life. The peculiarity of this condition is that processes such as thinking, memory, and perception proceed especially quickly.

There are even mathematical formulas for inspiration.: Curiosity + Play + Emotions + Openness to new things = Inspiration Inspiration = Challenge + Interest + Focus of attention.

There are so many people, so many opinions- someone needs love as an impetus to awakening in creativity. Someone is getting positive, and someone is inspired by pain and suffering. Many artists, poets, and musicians created under the influence of the hardships, losses, and grief that took place in their lives, including experiencing unhappy love. Someone pays money to psychologists for a positive attitude.

Our ancestors considered this condition to be the result of the influence of higher forces. This is reflected in the name itself. Inspiration comes from the word "breathe in", that is, to invest. There is no universal way to feel inspired. The source of inspiration is life itself. Experience all the life situations that come your way, meet new people and get new sensations and inspiration from nature, filling yourself with new energy.

What is inspiration? In any case, this is an emotion that can cause an upsurge in a person's energy forces, making it possible to fulfill their desire. It can arise from positive emotions, as well as emotions of evil and hatred. Creation and destruction can become the epicenter of personal inspiration. It can visit us when we are looking for it, or completely unexpectedly. Receiving energy from external sources or accumulating it from your emotional potential. Sometimes under the influence of additional factors such as drugs and psychotropic drugs. It turns out that inspiration is a state that does not depend on what we want. It is an external manifestation of our inner world, projected onto our environment. Someone is inspired by love, and someone by revenge. In any case, it's not a muse or a gift from the gods. Inspiration is what we have accumulated in ourselves, exploring the world and what we can share with others.

It is embodied in our lives around us by new development, the creation of beauty or the creation of weapons that destroy life. We get it from different sources. Fruitful or unconscious. Creation or destruction, evil or good, black or white. Everything lives according to the Laws of the universe and develops according to our choice.
